Birch Creek Welcomes New Board Members, Honors Outgoing Members

EGG HARBOR, Wis. (October 14, 2025) – Birch Creek Music Performance Center is pleased to announce several additions and returning members to its Board of Trustees. These individuals bring a wealth of professional experience, leadership, and a shared passion for music education to support Birch Creek’s mission of nurturing young musicians.

New Board Members:

Darcy Kriha has been an active Birch Creek volunteer, recently leading the concession stand and maintaining campus flower beds. A lifelong music enthusiast, Darcy played clarinet and oboe through high school. As a practicing attorney and community leader, she brings strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills that will be valuable assets to the Birch Creek Board of Trustees.

Eric Wolf has contributed to Birch Creek since 2023 as Communication Team Lead for the Associates Volunteers. With a background in marketing, promotions, and copywriting, Eric brings extensive experience in engaging diverse audiences. He retired in 2020 and enjoys volunteering, including at Madison’s Bartell Community Theatre, in addition to his involvement at Birch Creek.

Returning Board Members:

Lyn Huber previously served on the Board of Trustees from 2005–2006 and 2021–2024 and continues her longstanding commitment to Birch Creek through the Associates Volunteer Group and Team Leadership Committee. A former Operations Manager at Birch Creek, Lyn has a background in interior design, business, and community service, and has been a vital part of Birch Creek’s growth over the years.

Raymond Moulis, an estate and trust attorney, brings both professional expertise and a lifelong passion for music to the Birch Creek Board of Trustees. A former violin, clarinet, and alto saxophone player, he and his wife Claire have supported Birch Creek for over 15 years. Ray previously served two terms on the Board and looks forward to continuing his commitment to the organization’s mission and growth.

“Birch Creek thrives because of the dedication of our board, volunteers, faculty, and supporters,” said Executive Director Jenna Ferdon. “We are excited to welcome Darcy and Eric to the board and grateful for the continued leadership of Lyn and Ray. Their collective experience and commitment to music education will help guide Birch Creek into the future.”

With heartfelt gratitude, Birch Creek also extends special thanks to outgoing board members for their dedicated service over the past three years: Jim Blair and Jim Flint, who both served on Birch Creek’s Finance and Investment Committees, and Lynn Kaczmarek, who contributed to the Finance, Marketing and Governance & ByLaws Committees.
