Claire Werling

Claire Werling is a Chicago-based clarinetist and educator active across the Midwest since 2010. She currently holds the second and E-flat clarinet position with the Illinois Philharmonic Orchestra and has performed with numerous regional symphonies and chamber ensembles. As a teacher, Werling maintains a private studio in the northern suburbs, with students frequently admitted to top-tier youth orchestras and university music programs. She holds degrees in clarinet performance from Northwestern University and Bowling Green State University.
