Final Pitch Campaign

Juniper Hall, Birch CreekIn the summer of 2008, Birch Creek opened the doors of three new campus facilities that serve students, faculty and patrons. These improvements to our historic campus would not have been possible without the many gifts of long-time and new donors and the efforts of faculty, staff, Board, and volunteer Associates. We sincerely thank each person who contributed to helping us achieve this goal.

The PERFECT PITCH capital campaign, announced in 2007, reached 88% of its $3M goal by June 2010, with only $350,000 needing to be raised to meet the campaign goal.

At that time, a new fundraising campaign, FINAL PITCH, was launched. By Fall 2010, Birch Creek donors had reduced the amount needing to be raised to $129,000.

At the end of 2011, the Birch Creek Board of Trustees will close the Final Pitch Phase of the Capital Campaign, a project that has added three new buildings to our campus and nearly doubled our physical size. If you wish to be among those very special people whose names will be listed on our permanent donor wall in the Melzer Gallery of the Rehearsal Center, please make your contribution or pledge now. Contact Birch Creek to make a new donation or add to your existing pledge at (920)868-3763.

We look forward to the day that the dollars going toward interest payments could instead be used towards scholarships for students, program enhancements or operations. Please consider a gift to FINAL PITCH to help us enter the future debt-free.

Robert Hanford teaches Master Class in Juniper Hall"The two weeks spent each year at Birch Creek are without a doubt the highlight of my summers. I found my stay even more enjoyable this year living in the recently-built dorms attached to Juniper Hall."
