The concrete floor is poured in the Rehearsal Facility / Student Dorm. Plumbing, electrical, and communications wiring has been installed first.

The Dutton Concert Barn, visible at left and central in the Site Plan above, will remain the primary performance venue at Birch Creek.

...including the existing Gazebo (inset). The gazebo on the Maintenance Facility is pictured above on November 20, 2007--finished and with windows installed. Now the board and batten siding designed to replicate the original barn, and the six-pane windows are evident.

The old makes way for the new. After removing the siding and the walls to recycle for use elsewhere on campus, the old shop is pulled down. Visible beyond the roof in the last picture is the new Maintenance Facility with its proud cupola!
